Little Woolly Vision

I Saw a Witch on Halloween…and She was Made of Felt and Animated Magic!

London Based Stop-Frame Animation Studio Releases New Halloween Video
The multi award winning stop-motion animation company, Little Woolly Vision, is thrilled to unveil it’s latest animation complete with original sing-along song, ‘I Saw a Witch on Halloween’.

Easily accessible to watch for all families via its popular YouTube channel (with the catchy song also available on Spotify for any Halloween parties!), the charming animation, which has been created with truly unique handmade felt elements, takes little ones on a spooky journey through all the characters that the friendly witch encounters on Halloween night.

Complete with singing pumpkins, a happy witch, wild werewolf and (not so scary!) ghost all under the glow of the moonlight, ‘I saw a Witch on Halloween’ is the perfect singalong to introduce the season’s celebrations to the youngest members of the family, whilst being a YouTube video parents
will also be happy to have on repeat!

Joining a collection of stop-motion animation videos which have already garnered views in the millions, the latest release from the team is set to be a huge hit this autumn. Little Woolly Vision is on a mission to give little ones something fun and truly unique to watch, that is deeply inspired by British Heritage that parents will love too! With a playful twist on the norm, the team takes classic nursery rhymes and brings them to life, fit for a modern day audience of little viewers. ‘I Saw a Witch on Halloween’ is written to the tune of ‘I Saw Three Ships (Come Sailing in)’, so parents are sure to be singing along to the new take on the classic too!

With so much care and thought taken to create every single frame, every aspect of the videos has been made with love to truly make little ones smile. Each felt character is hand sewn, with intricate details whether it’s the blush on the witch’s cheeks, laces on the ghost’s shoes or background elements such as the toad stools, climbing vines or grumpy willow trees to create the spookiest
atmosphere.

As Little Woolly Vision is a trusted platform for baby and children content, parents will also be pleased to know there isn’t anything for their little ones to be scared of when enjoying the latest release. Encapsulating the autumnal feelings, the new video will teach children about the playful
elements of Halloween and its iconic characters – without any of the tricks, only the treats (with some magic thrown in too!).

Founders Sarah Simi and Ed Hartwell commented on the new video in the series: ‘We are so excited for our new release to be live, ready for little ones to enjoy in the run up to Halloween! We also love that this video includes an original song, which can be accessed on Spotify too, so little ones will be singing along and learning all the words in no time! We are so proud of all
of our animated felt characters, and it is always so rewarding to see it all come together, we hope our viewers we love it as much as we do!’
