Hi I ordered one of your pamper boxes in April valued at £80 on offer from virtual baby show in Glasgow for my daughter who has been shielding. I received an email letting me know boxes were behind but being despatched but so far not received anything or any further correspondence! I have emailed 2 different addresses for an update but have not received a reply could you please advise as I am extremely disappointed!

I have been trying to contact Natasha about the baby box which I received and I was unhappy with. She said that she would be sending some further items out to me which had been missing from the box. I have never received any extra items and now she is not replying to my emails. I can attach all the correspondence that we have had (or not had, so is the case). To say I am disappointed is an understatement. Please can someone get back to me.
