Multi-award-winning pregnancy and postnatal fitness specialist, Dr Joanna Helcké, is excited to be making her online pregnancy, postnatal & busy mums fitness programmes available to everybody! With the current global crisis, Joanna is mindful of the potential financial concerns many might be facing and was worried this would adversely impact both physical and mental wellbeing. This is especially worrying at a time when many are isolated at home, unable to get out and meet up with friends and family.

Passionate about the importance of exercising, Joanna is offering her unique programmes on a ‘pay what you can’ scheme. For those whose finances are affected by coronavirus, Joanna’s commitment is to ensure their fitness is covered. For those who feel OK financially, then they are invited to contribute that little bit extra to help those who can’t.

There are 3 programmes available, each one thoughtfully tailored to pregnancy, the postnatal period, or for busy mums… all of which are now available as part of the brands ‘pay what you can’ scheme:
When Mums-to-Be sign up to the programme they receive professionally filmed Pilates and cardio & resistance training workouts (sent weekly) to stream at home. There are two weekly workouts designed for each week of pregnancy to support the changing body. Members can connect and receive support from Joanna and a range of experts in a dedicated closed Facebook group.

If you have just had a baby you can sign up to the postnatal programme. This focuses on healing abdominal separation and pelvic floor strengthening, as well as developing cardio and strength fitness week by week, up to six months postpartum with professionally filmed workouts. Again, members are together in a friendly, closed facebook group.

For those mums with little ones (and not-so-little ones) now at home with them for the foreseeable future, they may be wondering how on earth they’re going to squeeze exercise round working from home AND look after the kids. Joanna’s follow-on FIITMUM Monthly programme is there to help. Every week (via a closed Facebook group) you get 2 professionally filmed video HIIT workouts, 1 video Pilates/core/abs blast workout and a weekly Friday (fun!) fitness challenge.
The FITMUM programme also includes a nutritional element, some extra kiddie workouts to keep the little ones entertained, as well as the odd paired workout to get partners involved!

For each programme there is a closed Facebook group to encourage and support each other – not just on the fitness front. You will find a nutritional expert in there too.
